What your tasks are
° Organization of our office management at the Markdorf location, i.e. general correspondence, telephone switchboard, visitor reception, ordering office supplies, etc.
° You take care of our marketing activities incl. social media channels.
° You will be responsible for supporting accounting, including invoicing and dunning and working with the tax office.
° Other administrative activities as well as supporting the trade fair and event team round off your field of activity.
What we want from you:
° Your completed commercial training with at least 3 years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree provides a good basis.
° You are not afraid of business correspondence (customer phone calls, e-mails) - fluent German and English are a prerequisite.
° You are confident in the common MS Office applications and can quickly familiarize yourself with CRM systems.
° Affinity for numbers and experience in DATEV are an advantage.

What your tasks are:
° As an event technology specialist (m/f/d), you will support us in the back office with orders, planning and provision of suspension points, primarily in the halls of Messe Friedrichshafen.

° You will also look after trade fair customers & exhibitors on site at the Friedrichshafen exhibition center.

What your tasks are:
° As a technical draftsman/CAD designer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the technical drawings (2D) of rigging plans for individual exhibition stands for our customers - primarily at the Messe Friedrichshafen exhibition center.
You will also create and edit floor plans and seating plans for events and congresses.
° You will determine, document and plan the material requirements For specific technical queries, you will support customers & exhibitors by telephone and/or email - in German and English, of course.

° You support our trade fair team - if necessary - on site.
What we want from you:
° Successfully completed vocational training in a trade/technical field with a focus on CAD drawing creation.
° You have professional experience in the creation of technical drawings.
° A very confident handling of technical drawing programs, e.g. CAD (preferably Vectorworks).
° Initial experience in trade fairs, rigging and events is desirable, but not a must.
° Your sound PC skills and your knowledge of Microsoft Office will help you to master the daily work with various programs.
° A good spatial sense and a feeling for construction and statics complement your knowledge.
